If you are having trouble accessing the CFC web site check two things:
1 Your password is case sensitive so must be typed in exactly.
2 You may need to make a change to your Internet Explorer settings. In Internet Explorer, go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, PRIVACY tab and move the slider to low.
